 | King of the Hill Announced by Eastern League Saturday, September 28th, 2013: The Outstanding Pitcher Award for 2013 has been presented and the Eastern League winner is Randy Thomas of Madison. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Thomas. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Meerkats star told reporters. Thomas excelled with an impressive 15-5 record in 26 starts. In 181 innings he yielded 177 hits and 42 walks, while striking out 120 and compiling a fine 3.28 ERA. |
